Purchase price of qualifying items must exceed $10.00. NO beer purchase is required. This rebate is valid for residents of the following states: AL, AR, CT, HI, KY, MA, ME, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, RI, SD, UT, VA and WV. Purchases must occur between 8/1/2009-10/4/2009.
