Weis has Marcal Small Steps Tissues on sale for $1.00 per box. In the April 5, 2009 Smart Source insert, there was a coupon for a free box of tissues, single roll of toilet paper or single roll of paper towels (up to $1.00). Since the tissues were on sale for exactly $1.00, I purchased three boxes and got them for FREE.
They also had single rolls of toilet paper for $1.09. With coupon, you'd pay just .09 cents per roll.
