Food Lion had Hefty One Gallon bags on sale BOGO last week. My Food Lion rings up BOGO items half price. I purchased two boxes and each rang up $1.17. I used two $1.00/1 blinkie coupons and paid just .17 cents per box. I believe the sale ended last night for this one.
