Sorry for my lack of posting over the holiday weekend. I was up to my eyeballs in tomatoes. My friend and I spent the entire weekend canning spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes and salsa. Who knew canning could be so exhausting? lol :)
Also, my son began preschool this morning. I'm pleased to report his first day was great! I couldn't wait to go pick him up and hear all about his first day.
